This approach allows participants to gain new insights into the climate crisis through grounding meditation, reflective discussions, and poetry enhanced by physical experiences. These elements work together to deepen understanding of systemic challenges and promote a holistic worldview.

I participated in the 'Inner Development Pause and it was a transformative experience.
